How do I download Oninder app?
Oninder will be available for iOS and Android. When the app is available, it will be available for download on the iOS App store, Google Play store and the Oninder website.
What toys work with this app?
All Oninder toys work with the Oninder app.
How do I connect my toy to my phone?
- Press and hold the toy's button to turn it on. A light will begin flashing to indicate it is turned on.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and open Oninder app. Your toy can now be controlled by the Oninder app.
How many toys can I connect at a time?
You can connect all toys you want to one device at a time when using Oninder app.
Can I connect a toy to two different devices at the same time?
Yes its possible
Do my partner and I both need an account for a long-distance control?
Yes, both of you need to create a separate account and then add each other as friends in order to use long-distance control.
How far away does it work?
Oninder toys can be controlled no matter the distance, as long as you both have Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G data connection.
Does it work if my partner doesn’t have a toy?
Yes. Your partner does not need a toy to control your toy through the Oninder app. You both just need an account and Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G data connection.
