7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain your personal information only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes (as set out in Section 5) and as permitted by applicable law. If you decide to stop using our services, you can close your account and your profile will no longer be visible to other users. Please note that we will automatically close your account if you remain inactive for a period of two years. Once your account is closed, we will delete your personal information, as detailed below:

To protect the security of our users, we implement a security retention window of three months after account closure.
